Neo Soul is a custom tattoo studio and boutique located in the Grand Central District of Saint Petersburg. We have two amazing artists here at Neo Soul with over 20 years experience between the two of them. We have the award-winning custom tattoo artist, Aaron Morgan, and the talented Zachariah Bowden. Aaron's goal is to make your dreams a reality with creative color work that will blow your mind, while Zachariah takes on the traditional tattoo style with custom tattoo work reminiscent of the late and great Sailor Jerry Collins.
