We specialize in custom commission pieces for both residential and commercial display. We have created door and cabinet inserts, transoms, sidelights, wall-hangings, privacy screens, ecclesiastical windows and more. We also offer a wide variety of classes and seminars, helping students learn to create beautiful stained glass panels, fused glass pieces, mosaics, painted glass wall hangings and fused glass, wire-wrapped pendants, rings and bracelets. We also offer Studio Time and Membership Workshops for the intermediate and advanced glass artist. Finally, Personal Lessons are also always available.

We also serve the local art community by creating museum-quality, archival giclée prints. We print on professional canvas as well as as a variety of distinctive, fine art papers. Our prints have been on display around the country and a number of them are on permanent display in Miami, Boston and New York.

Painting with Fire Studio is the brainchild of Barbara Lewis, author of “Torch-Fired Enamel Jewelry: a Workshop in Painting with Fire,” named the Best Craft Book of 2011 at Amazon. Barbara, with the help of the Painting with Fire Team, teaches students to torch-fire enamel beads and pendants in a state-of-the-art flameworking studio. Using a unique immersion process that eliminates many of the tedious steps frequently associated with enameling, first-time students can easily enamel a bead in less than a minute. The workhorse of the technique, the patent pending Bead Pulling Station, makes process extremely quick and safe.

PWF Studio carries a complete line of Thompson Enamels, torches, and other enameling supplies. In addition, you’ll find a growing inventory enamel beads, iron filigree beads and a variety of copper shapes. We also carry metalworking and general jewelry making supplies.

It is the mission of the St. Petersburg Clay Company to promote the awareness
